    REQUIRED Skills and Experience

    6 years of experience in Information Architecture and Content

    Expert in IA and Content Design

    Ability to present and pitch design solutions to UX leadership team, business stakeholders, partner stakeholders, and executives for review and feedback.

    Passion for creating world-class customer experiences and cross-functional team collaboration.


    PREFERRED Skills and Experience 

    Experience with generating IA and content for data visualizations and reporting tools highly desirable.

    Experience with Tableau is preferred.


    Education / Certifications

    The User Experience Designer is responsible for designing the user experience for new products and enhancements. This is a customer advocate role within project teams ensuring that products are useful, usable, and desirable via a thorough understanding and practice of the user centered design process.     3. Mastery of user centered design principles and practices.

    This individual is expected to join the team as the lead interaction designer, under the direction of the UX Director.
