    What you’ll work on:

    -Assess existing sites/properties for usefulness, usability, visual design, content, and branding.

    The UX Simulation Business Analyst will work with a project team to visualize, analyze, document, and manage business requirements throughout the life of the project.     RESPONSIBILITIES

    -Perform requirements gathering and analysis in order to provide high quality and detailed requirements, ensuring the closest involvement with, and agreement from, the user community

    -Collaborate with the Lead User, or delegated member of the applicable business group, to create a User Requirements Specification (URS) document

    Use graphic design expertise to interpret needs from the project team, including partners, directors, and project managers

    Job requirements:

    Completed graphic design or related degree from an accredited institution

    4 or more years of proven graphic design or UI/UX experience

    Possess expert knowledge of graphic and UX design methods, especially: design trends, UI/UX best practices, typography, layout, and Agile methods

    Expert knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Keynote
